Assign Agent to a Company or Team

You'll need to assign an Agent to a Company or Team in order to display their company name and logo on property websites or on their agent website (if applicable).

The agent's company name, address and logo will also appear in the bottom footer of websites. Company info may also appear in other sections of websites depending on which design and layout templates you've chosen for the various sections of each site.

You can assign agent(s) to a Team from two places in your CRIBFLYER admin panel.

1) Select the desired Agent and then navigate to their Company or Team screen. See the screenshot below for reference.

2) If the Team (Company) has already been created you can assign the agent by simply selecting from the drop down menu.

Otherwise you'll need to create a new team by clicking the Add Team button. When adding the Team you'll be able to enter the company address, upload a logo, etc. 

You can also assign an agent to a Team (Company) directly from the Teams section in your CRIBFLYER admin panel. See the screenshot below for reference.

1) Click the Teams icon on the far right side navigation bar.

If you don't have a Team yet you can create one by clicking the + New Team button. When adding the team you'll be able to enter the company name, address and upload a logo.

To assign agent(s) to a Team:

2) Select the desired Team and then click the Agents link under it on the right side menu.

3) Select an Agent to assign from the drop down menu.
